Platon, actually Platon Antoniou, photographed Barack Obama, George Clooney, Bill Clinton, David Beckham, Donald Trump, Elon Musk - a who's who of international politics and showbiz. In summer 2025, KiS - Kunst in Seefeld exhibited Platon's impressive works from his series "Coming Home: Greece". For years, the photo artist traveled to his home island of Paros, where he, the son of a Greek father and a British mother, spent his childhood. He found his motifs in coffee houses, schools or churches, such as "Monk With Folded Arms" (@Platon). Platon is one of the most important portrait photographers of the present day. A highlight of the exhibition was a panel discussion with Platon, the collector and director of KiS - Kunst in Seefeld Rafael Jablonka and the Viennese gallery owner Michael Coeln at the end of August 2025.
