Great response from visitors to Pia Fries

The exhibition at KiS, which ended in March, was dedicated to one of today's internationally renowned female artists. The Swiss artist Pia Fries exhibited works on paper of the same name as well as large-format oil paintings such as the four-part "schwarze blumen" (in the background) under the overall title tausend : einerlei. KiS welcomed more than 570 visitors over a total of 14 weekends. The finissage (photo), where Maria Anna Meßner-Haidenthaler (left) asked Pia Fries and Rafael Jablonka to talk, was also well attended.
